1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pau4d," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the pau4d online gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses pau4d services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player on the pau4d platform.

• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and account validation.

2. Eligibility

By registering an account on pau4d, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• All information provided during registration (name, date of birth, address, contact details) is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You are registering and using the account solely for your own personal use, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have never been self-excluded or banned from pau4d or any other online gaming platform for problem gambling or fraudulent activity.

3. Account Registration

To use pau4d services, you must create a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person (including use of different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods) are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, valid date of birth, accurate residential address, functional email address, and working phone number. pau4d reserves the right to verify any or all of this information at any time.
• Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. You are fully liable for any activity conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• KYC Verification: pau4d may request identity verification documents (KTP, utility bill, bank statement, or selfie holding your ID) at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your pau4d account to any other person or entity.

4. Deposits

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

pau4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds sent from a bank account or e-wallet not registered to the Player) are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Processing

• Deposits are typically credited to your pau4d account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• pau4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees — these are outside pau4d's control.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on pau4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals made via non-IDR accounts will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your pau4d account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method and account verification level.
• All pending bonuses and wagering requirements must be cleared before the associated bonus balance can be withdrawn. Only the cash balance portion is eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

• pau4d processes most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Larger withdrawal requests or accounts flagged for additional security review may require up to 24-48 hours for manual verification.
• pau4d reserves the right to request additional documentation (proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal.
• pau4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. Express withdrawal options (if available) may carry a service fee, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

pau4d operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Funds deposited into a pau4d account must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before they are eligible for withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting the minimum wagering requirement may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 10% of the deposited amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

pau4d periodically offers bonuses and promotional offers to Players. Participation in any bonus or promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions published with that offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by those terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) in eligible games before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

pau4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if we determine that the bonus has been abused. Abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Coordinated play with other Players to exploit bonus terms
• Using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event)
• Any other activity pau4d deems as contrary to the spirit of the promotion

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on pau4d are provided by licensed, internationally certified third-party game studios. Slot games, table games, and lottery-style games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested for fairness and compliance. pau4d does not develop proprietary games and has no ability to manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a void fixture (match cancelled, postponed, or abandoned), bets are refunded unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. 7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pau4d:

• Collusion: Coordinating bets or gameplay with other Players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play games
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Syndicate Play: Organizing or participating in betting syndicates or groups designed to circumvent pau4d's rules

Players found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts suspended, winnings voided, and may be permanently banned from pau4d.

8. Account Security and Responsible Use

8.1 Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your username and password secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact pau4d support immediately.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

8.2 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

pau4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. 2FA requires a second verification step (SMS code or authenticator app) when logging in from a new device.

9. Limitations of Liability

pau4d provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pau4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pau4d shall not be liable for:

• Loss or corruption of account data due to technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking system downtime
• Loss of winnings due to Player error, including incorrect bet placement or misunderstanding of game rules
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of pau4d services

In no event shall pau4d's total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes with pau4d on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class arbitrations, or representative actions against pau4d.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by pau4d

pau4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failed to respond to KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe
• Used the platform for money laundering or other criminal purposes

Upon suspension, access to your account will be blocked. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to fraudulent activity or Terms violation. If termination is for other reasons, pau4d will return your available balance after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

11.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pau4d support. Closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled and wagering requirements cleared.

12. Modifications to Terms
